Dodson Decor Plans provides digital home decor planning services including, but not limited to, room mood boards, vintage decor curation, color palette planning, decor shopping lists, printable styling guides, room refresh planning, small-space styling, and home decor organization support. All services are delivered digitally.

No Licensed Professional Services

Dodson Decor Plans is a sole proprietor digital decor planning business. We expressly do not provide, and are not qualified to provide, any of the following:

• Licensed architectural services
• Construction or renovation services
• Contractor services of any kind
• Electrical, plumbing, or mechanical services
• Structural or engineering design
• Real estate services
• Building code compliance advice

Nothing on this website or in any service deliverable should be construed as professional architectural, engineering, construction, or contractor advice. Digital Planning Only

Client Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for the following:

• Reviewing all decor plan deliverables before acting on them
• Verifying product measurements, materials, and specifications before purchasing
• Making their own purchasing decisions
• Installation, assembly, and placement of any furniture or decor items
• Ensuring furniture and decor is safe and appropriate for their home
• Any home safety considerations related to their specific property

Product Availability

Shopping lists and product suggestions provided by Dodson Decor Plans are based on availability at the time of preparation. Product availability, pricing, and specifications may change. We are not responsible for products that become unavailable, are discontinued, or change in price after delivery of a plan.

Payments

Payment terms are communicated directly between Dodson Decor Plans and the client prior to work beginning. Payment is required as agreed before or during the service process. All fees are for digital decor planning services only.

Revisions

Revision rounds included in each service or package are communicated at the time of engagement. Additional revisions beyond the included scope may be subject to additional fees, to be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Intellectual Property

All digital deliverables, mood boards, PDF guides, and planning materials created by Dodson Decor Plans are for the personal use of the purchasing client only. They may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Dodson Decor Plans shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or digital deliverables, including but not limited to purchasing decisions made based on our plans, product availability issues, installation decisions, or home safety matters.
