Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Dodson Decor Plans for your digital vintage home decor planning needs. Because our services involve custom digital planning work and time-based creative effort, our refund policy reflects the nature of personalized service delivery.
Service-Based Work
All services provided by Dodson Decor Plans are custom, time-based, and creative in nature. Each decor plan, mood board, shopping list, color palette, and styling guide is individually created for each client based on their specific space, style preferences, and project details. As such, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Custom Digital Decor Plans
Because each digital decor plan is created specifically for the individual client, the following applies:
- If a digital decor plan has been fully delivered to the client, a full refund is generally not available.
- If work on a plan has begun but has not been fully delivered, a partial refund may be considered depending on the amount of work completed.
- If a client is dissatisfied with a delivered plan, we encourage them to contact us to discuss revisions before requesting a refund.
Cancellations
If a client wishes to cancel a project before work has begun:
- Cancellations made before any work has started may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on any deposits or fees already collected.
- Cancellations made after work has begun will be reviewed based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.
To cancel a project, clients must contact Dodson Decor Plans directly by email or phone as soon as possible.
Revisions
Before requesting a refund, clients are encouraged to use the revision rounds included in their package. Revisions allow us to adjust the decor plan based on your feedback to better meet your needs. If you are unsatisfied with your plan, please reach out and we will do our best to address your concerns through the revision process.
Completed Digital Work
Once a digital decor plan, mood board, PDF guide, or shopping list has been delivered and the project has been completed, refunds are generally not available. This reflects the custom, time-based nature of the work involved in creating each personalized plan.
Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted in writing by contacting Dodson Decor Plans directly. Refund requests will be reviewed promptly and a response will be provided within a reasonable timeframe. We are committed to working with clients to reach a fair resolution.
To submit a refund request, please include:
- Your full name
- The service or package purchased
- The date of purchase or service engagement
- A brief description of your concern or reason for the refund request
